Why cedar for an outdoor sauna?

Electric or wood-burning heat

Electric heaters are simple to use and easy to control, but they need a proper circuit run by a licensed electrician. Wood-burning heaters work off-grid and give a traditional feel, but need a chimney and a safe clearance zone. Heater options are listed on each product page.
