- Contiguous U.S.: Free freight delivery (curbside)
Processing & Lead Times
Every product ships directly from the manufacturer. In-stock models usually ship within days; others are built to order. After your payment is verified (typically 1–3 business days), your order is placed with the manufacturer. Estimated time to ship:
- Golden Designs and Dynamic Cold Therapy (in stock in California): infrared saunas and cold plunges about 1–2 business days; outdoor saunas about 4–7 business days
- Orivon infrared saunas and cold plunge tubs: about 15–30 business days
- Orivon outdoor cedar saunas: about 15–65 business days
- LeisureCraft Canadian Timber saunas: built to order in Canada. The estimated build date is shown on each product page, and we confirm it with you before your order is placed.
If your order will ship later than the estimated time, we will notify you, and you may cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
You will receive tracking or freight carrier details by email once your order ships.
Freight Delivery
Large items are delivered by freight carrier, often on a large 18-wheel truck, to the curb or the end of the driveway. The driver will not back into your driveway or bring the product inside. Please make sure a large truck can reach your street and turn around, and answer the freight company's calls promptly to book your delivery. Scheduling delays and address changes after shipping can add freight charges, so please keep your delivery details current.
Unloading Large Sauna Crates
Some saunas, including LeisureCraft Canadian Timber saunas, ship as ready-to-assemble kits in wooden crates that can be up to about 12 feet long and 2,600 lbs or more. Crate size and weight are listed on each product page. The customer is responsible for unloading the crate:
- Crates 84" long or shorter can use liftgate (tailgate) delivery, which lowers the crate to the ground at the curb.
- Longer crates cannot use a liftgate. Common options are a forklift with fork extensions (lifting from the end of the crate), picking the crate up at the local freight terminal with a trailer, renting a tilt-tow truck, or a crew of helpers unpacking the crate on the truck.
We're happy to help you plan delivery before you order.
Site Preparation
Plan for a level, solid base (concrete pad, pavers, or deck) for outdoor saunas, and confirm electrical requirements with a licensed electrician. See our Delivery & Site Prep guide.
Damage on Arrival
Inspect your delivery before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), take photos of the damage and the boxes or crate, and contact us within 48 hours. If a sauna crate arrives open or damaged, you can still accept it; write "Crate arrived open/damaged - Possible Hidden Damage" on the Bill of Lading. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
