Every product we sell is new and covered by its manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer, we manage warranty claims with the manufacturer for you.

Coverage by brand

Orivon Wellness

  • Lumin infrared saunas: 1 year
  • Frost cold plunge tubs: 1 year
  • Auris outdoor cedar saunas: 5 years

LeisureCraft (Canadian Timber Collection)

  • Saunas: 5-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Valid claims are covered with replacement parts; labor, service, and installation are not included.
  • Sauna heaters: covered by the heater manufacturer's warranty, which varies by brand and model.

Golden Designs and Dynamic Cold Therapy

  • Coverage varies by model. Where a warranty term is listed on the product page, that applies; for any other model, ask us and we'll confirm the exact terms with the manufacturer before you order.

The manufacturer's written warranty terms always govern.

What warranties usually don't cover

  • Normal wear and tear, including natural changes in wood color
  • Improper installation, including electrical work not done by a licensed electrician
  • Misuse, lack of maintenance, or not following the manufacturer's instructions
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage from weather, fire, pests, or other events outside normal use
  • Commercial use, unless the manufacturer says otherwise

How to make a warranty claim

  1. Email support@refreshavenue.com with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or video.
  2. We'll review it and submit the claim to the manufacturer for you.
  3. We'll keep you updated until it's resolved.

Keep your order confirmation and the manufacturer's manual. Some manufacturers also offer warranty registration; we'll point you to it after delivery.

Damage during delivery

Shipping damage is handled separately from the warranty. Note any damage on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading), take photos of the damage and the boxes, and contact us within 48 hours. See our Return & Refund Policy.
