Who a 3 person sauna is for
A three-person infrared sauna is the step up for couples who want elbow room, families who share, or anyone who likes to stretch out on the bench. The larger cabin still fits in many basements, home gyms, and spare rooms, and it gives a more open, less cramped feel than a two-person model.
Planning your space
- Measure twice. Check the width, depth, and height on the product page, then add a few inches of clearance around the cabin and above it.
- Plan the power. Larger cabins are more likely to need a dedicated circuit. Confirm the electrical requirements on the product page and have an electrician look if needed.
- Allow time to assemble. Panels ship flat and connect together. Two people make assembly much easier.
- Choose a level, hard floor such as tile, concrete, or a protective mat.
2 person or 3 person?
If the sauna is mostly for you, a 2 person infrared sauna saves space and warms up faster. If it's shared regularly or you want room to lie back, a 3 person cabin is worth the extra footprint.
